Why is this site important?
There are many reasons why it’s a good idea to take care of your body.  Feeling good, looking good, and avoiding future illness are some of the benefits.  This site will help you learn how to prevent an illness called type 2 diabetes in the future by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly.

  7. How to find other nutrition, physical activity, and diabetes resources.
